How to Add Users to FreightPath

Where to Begin

On your dashboard, you will notice a Settings button located on the top right hand corner of your screen. Click on this button to enter where you will be able to add your drivers.

Once you've entered the settings tab, you can select the Users portal. This is where you can add your office users and your drivers. You will notice the "Invite User" button within the Users tab.

How to Add a New User

Once you've reached the right page in FreightPath by following the steps above, you can begin adding your users. The process is simple: it requires a name, email address, and phone number. Lastly, you must select the user type before sending them an invitation. It is possible to add a user as both an admin and a driver.

Your invitation will be sent to your user via email.

Driver

Your driver will receive an invitation link through the email that you entered. The driver should click on the invitation link and complete the sign up process. Once they've created their account, they can download the Driver App and use their login details to login. To emphasize, only once the driver has completed the sign up process can they login to the Driver App. At the time where the driver is signed in to the driver app, their sign up process is complete, and you can begin dispatching.

Admin

Your admin will receive an invitation link through the email that you entered. The admin should click on the invitation link and complete the sign up process. Once they've created their account, their sign up process will be complete and they can begin their work on the FreightPath web-app.
