Shipments can be cancelled while in "Attempting" status

We've added the ability for FreightPath users to cancel individual stops while shipments are in "attempting" status.

What's Happening?

With this change all FreightPath users will be able to cancel individual stops even while shipments are in "attempting" status. Previously, stops could not be cancelled via the actions button while waiting for a carrier or driver tender response.

When's It Happening?

This change as well as several others will be available to all users as part of FreightPath release 5.118.
