Improvements have been made to the self-managed billing portal to allow for additional changes without having to contact customer support.

We've upgraded the self-managed billing portal available in the settings page based on user feedback to reduce confusion, speed up load times and provide additional functionality. This includes the ability to purchase additional FreightPath seats, access prior invoices, and change billing contact information.
When's It Happening?
The improved billing portal will be available for all FreightPath users as part of release 5.121.
