Improved email automation and quickbooks integration

• Improved error messages to better distinguish failed queries from other more unexpected errors.
• Added default tax code for invoice line item
• Removed default tax and tax override system from quickbooks integration
• Changed quickbooks button so that it says "Update" when res-ending previously sent items.
• Improved error messages for quickbooks (notifications in place of crashed pages)
• Modified the input sent to quickbooks so that it sends the invoice number instead of PO Number
• Added a customer account field to designate which account to deposit invoices in QB for that customer
• Modified the invoice tax system to apply taxes at the individual line item level and related updates to tax calculations throughout the app.
• Modified QB setup so that users can now provide names of account, customer, and carrier references.
• Removed user seat limits from FP
• Fixed billing issue in setting tab where it doesn't load if or has no stripe customer id
• Added toggles for email preferences for each user.
