One of the biggest changes we've ever brought to FreightPath - our upgraded email automation suite allows you to customize, configure, create, edit and delete automated emails to your heart's delight. Whether you're looking to automate communications about your shipments, loads or invoices, FreightPath now allows you to create specific automated emails that go out to specific parties based on specific status changes.
For example, you can use this feature to build a custom automated alert that sends a warning to your customers whenever you mark their invoices LATE. And, with the ability to fully customize the template of each email, you have unparalleled control to automate your email communications across your network.
Or, say you want to send out automated delivery notifications to your customers. Now you can - by configuring an automated email to send to your customer whenever a load has been marked DELIVERED by the driver. Even more, you can customize the template to include specific details about the load, documents, and even instructions for next steps.
It's a monumental feature that's sure to bring incredible value not just your team, but your entire freight network.
Another long awaited change is the ability to customize load item types in your settings - similar to the ability to customize equipment types and accessorial charges.
Now, by going to your FreightPath settings, admin users can create, edit and delete load item types to streamline data entry, improve communication and make your day-to-day operations easier than ever.
