Customers and Carriers are now Organizations in FreightPath

Summary

With this change, customers and carriers are now organizations with expanded fields and capabilities for both.

Version Number

5.119

Release Date

September 20, 2020

What's Happening?

With this change, customers and carriers are no longer stored separately in the FreightPath database, with a migration to the new organization entity. This will provide added flexibility for future changes and streamline the data fields available for both carriers and customers. All existing carriers and customers will be retained and migrated seamlessly to the new architecture with no visible changes for end users.
