We're thrilled to announce the monumental new release of our updated mobile driver app and dispatching features. We know this update, particularly the ability to dispatch directly to the mobile app without using the bill of lading, has been highly anticipated amongst our users. We can't wait to add even more functionality to both the mobile and web app in the following weeks - here's what you can expect starting today:
Mobile Dispatch - Dispatch loads and shipments directly to your drivers using the FreightPath mobile driver app, available on both iOS and android. Simply add your drivers in the carrier tab, and assign shipments to them in the regular booking process.
New Mobile App- The FreightPath Mobile Driver App gets a complete feature and UI update, which adds a new main screen to view all available, incoming, and archived shipments, an updated UI + design, improved mapping on iOS, updated privacy and tracking alerts so you when tracking is on, and the ability to start and stop device tracking at anytime.
Other Bugs and Improvements - Improvements to booking load times, improved in-app security, updated tracking permissions, improved display on newer mobile devices with rounded corner displays.
