The FreightPath portal monitors the statuses of your loads to ensure both you and the customer are aware of stage the load.
Draft
The first status prompted in the system is the Draft status which is achieved once a new shipment is inputted or registered on the system. This status means that the the load has been registered or inputted into the system, however it has not been dispatched to a driver or tendered to a carrier.
The ACTIONS button on the top right of the shipment details page will allow you to either dispatch or tender the shipment load. Once either is selected, the status will move to the Attempting Booking.

Attempting Booking
The Attempting Booking status indicates that his load has been registered and has either been dispatched or tendered. However, it has not been acknowledged or accepted yet by either the driver or the carrier.
This status is set in place to differentiate between loads that have been accepted and those that are still pending acceptance.

Accepted
Once the shipment load has been accepted by either the driver or the carrier, the shipment status will change to Accepted. This will indicate that the load has been seen, reviewed, and accepted by either party.

In-Transit
Once the shipment status changes to In-Transit, this informs all parties that the carrier or driver is on route to the origin destination for pick-up.

Once the shipment is picked-up, the status will remain in In-Transit, however the Shipment Activity section will inform you that the Shipment has been picked up from the shipper.
Closed
Once the shipment has been delivered and marked by either the driver or carrier, the status will change to Closed and the color of the final circle will change to a bright green to signal that this load has been completed.
