Where to Begin
When you enter FreightPath, click on the Shipments tab on the left hand side of the dashboard.
Within the shipments tab, all of your loads are visible and marked by their status. You can select the load that you would like to cancel from this list.
Cancelling stops in a Shipment
If a shipment is already in transit, we offer a simple solution: you can cancel the shipment stop by stop. To begin, select the "ACTIONS" tab and select the cancel option.
Cancelling a stop is very straight-forward. Under the "select a stop" option, you can choose the stop that you'd like to cancel. If you'd like, you can enter a description as to why the stop is cancelled. This message will appear on the Driver App if you've dispatched this load to one of your drivers.
Once you've cancelled the stop, it will appear in the Shipment Activity feed on the right hand side of the page.
