How to Add New Customers to FreightPath


While setting up your network within FreightPath, it's important to establish your customer base.


Enter the Network Tab

When you're entering FreightPath, you will find the Network tab on the left hand side of the Dashboard. Within the Network tab is where you will be able to manage your customer network.

Once you've entered the Network tab, you can choose either the customers list or the carriers list. If you are looking to add customers, stay within the customers tab. To add a new customer, select the New Customer button on the top right hand side of the page.

After clicking the New Customer button, a pop-up form will appear. This is where you will enter all of the information. Once you've created their customer profile, it will remain in your network for future shipments. Therefore, as you create shipments, you can simply enter the customer name and the rest of their information will appear.
