Pricing And Implementation

How long does data migration usually take?

This depends on the amount of data you need imported. For imports (including carriers, customers, locations, orders, invoices) of under 10,000 lines, this is completed typically within a week.

Does pricing cover unlimited users?

Yes - FreightPath offers plans that cover unlimited users. This means that you can invite as many users (along with drivers, carriers and customers) to join you on FreightPath. Third Party Integrations

Is FreightPath integrated with accounting software like Quickbooks?

Yes! FreightPath is API integrated with a variety of third party invoicing and accounting programs, including Intuit Quickbooks. You can learn more about FreightPath's accounting feature here: Invoicing.

Is FreightPath integrated with carrier vetting services like MyCarrierPackets or RMIS?

Yes! FreightPath is compatible with a variety of third party carrier vetting services including MyCarrierPackets, RMIS and others. Once you've gotten started, one of our FreightPath implementation specialists will help you set up integrations with your carrier vetting services (this takes on average 1-2 months based on scope).

Is FreightPath integrated with load boards like DAT?

Yes! FreightPath is compatible with both DAT and 123loadboard for seamless load board posting. Once you've gotten started, one of our FreightPath implementation specialists will help you set up integrations with your specific load boards (this takes on average 1-2 months based on scope). Keep in mind you'll need a subscription to both FreightPath and your load board of choice.

TMS Software Features

With FreightPath's reporting, can I generate accurate carrier bounce reports?

Yes - FreightPath's reporting functionality is highly configurable to produce accurate data on carrier bounce (instances where a carrier falls off and the broker needs to recover the load). In FreightPath's carrier profile sections, are there areas to add notes regarding contact info, lanes, etc?

Yes! FreightPath's in-depth carrier CRM functionality allows you to add rich text notes on contact information, shipping lanes and more. We also provide dedicated tools for email automation with contacts, compliance tracking and much more. You can learn more here: Carrier Portal.

Can I track my customers' credit limits with FreightPath?

Yes - FreightPath's customer CRM functionality allows you to specify credit limits for each customer and a specific credit threshold for warnings to be shown. When the total due from outstanding invoices hits the credit threshold, we automatically notify you to avoid over-leveraged situations.

Can I send bid emails out to carriers Using FreightPath?

Yes - using FreightPath's email automation feature, you can configure emails to be sent to carriers for shipment bidding.

Does FreightPath let me tag shipments for specific reporting functionality?

Yes - FreightPath has a completely customizable tag system for shipments so you can report on things like capacity, dispatch, production, and extra insurance. For more details, contact your FreightPath account manager.
